{"id":41030,"date":"2026-06-15T15:51:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T15:51:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rotary4320.cl\/?p=41030"},"modified":"2026-06-15T15:51:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T15:51:24","slug":"noticias-rotary-club-la-serena-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rotary4320.cl\/index.php\/2026\/06\/15\/noticias-rotary-club-la-serena-15\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTICIAS ROTARY CLUB LA SERENA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CON ESPERANZA Y VISI\u00d3N DE FUTURO: ROTARY CLUB LA SERENA ACTUALIZA SUS ESTATUTOS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con emoci\u00f3n, unidad y una mirada puesta en el futuro, el pasado lunes 18 de mayo de 2026 se realiz\u00f3 una Asamblea Extraordinaria en la sede del club, instancia hist\u00f3rica donde se aprob\u00f3 la modificaci\u00f3n de los estatutos de uno de los clubes m\u00e1s antiguos de toda la Regi\u00f3n de Coquimbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa, impulsada desde el a\u00f1o pasado, naci\u00f3 con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer el trabajo comunitario y proyectar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el compromiso social del club con la ciudad y el pa\u00eds. Cabe destacar que los estatutos originales databan del a\u00f1o 1977, por lo que esta reforma integral representa un importante paso hacia una estructura m\u00e1s moderna, clara y acorde al actual r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico de Chile. Los nuevos estatutos mantienen intacta la identidad y esencia rotaria, pero actualizan expresamente su misi\u00f3n de promover la amistad c\u00edvica y profesional, impulsar proyectos de servicio, fortalecer la membres\u00eda, formar nuevos l\u00edderes y proyectar los valores rotarios en La Serena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente del club Carlos Pinto Conejo destac\u00f3 este momento como \u201cun hecho hist\u00f3rico lleno de esperanza\u201d, valorando especialmente que la votaci\u00f3n fuera aprobada de manera un\u00e1nime por todos los rotarios asistentes, reflejando as\u00ed el esp\u00edritu de unidad y compromiso que caracteriza a la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ceremonia cont\u00f3 adem\u00e1s con la participaci\u00f3n de un notario de la ciudad de La Serena y la firma de dos testigos, cumpliendo con todos los protocolos legales correspondientes. Con esta renovaci\u00f3n, Rotary Club La Serena reafirma su compromiso de seguir creciendo, sirviendo y construyendo comunidad con m\u00e1s fuerza que nunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
