Este aporte representa un paso fundamental en el fortalecimiento de la identidad y proyecci\u00f3n art\u00edstica de esta agrupaci\u00f3n juvenil.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc55\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tec\/1\/16\/1f455.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udfbc\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tcc\/1\/16\/1f3bc.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La banda, compuesta por ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes de entre 9 y 16 a\u00f1os, es dirigida por el destacado m\u00fasico y rotario Hern\u00e1n Chepillo&nbsp;<a><\/a>Zuleta, quien ha liderado con pasi\u00f3n y dedicaci\u00f3n el desarrollo musical de estos talentos locales. Su visi\u00f3n es clara: llevar el arte de Huasco a escenarios provinciales, regionales y nacionales, y para ello, contar con una imagen uniforme y profesional es una prioridad.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf1f\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/te0\/1\/16\/1f31f.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udfb7\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/ta0\/1\/16\/1f3b7.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La donaci\u00f3n fue posible gracias a la gesti\u00f3n activa del club, que moviliz\u00f3 el apoyo de empresas locales, socios rotarios y familias comprometidas con el crecimiento cultural de la comuna. Este esfuerzo conjunto refleja el esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n que define a Rotary, y se enmarca en el lema del periodo rotario 2025\u20132026: \u201cUnidos para hacer el bien\u201d.&nbsp;<img de Francesco Arezzo, presidente de Rotary International, y del gobernador distrital Wilson Villalobos P\u00e9rez en el Distrito 4320, Rotary contin\u00faa impulsando iniciativas que promueven el desarrollo integral de las comunidades, especialmente en \u00e1reas como la educaci\u00f3n, el arte y la juventud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Felicitamos a todos quienes hicieron posible este aporte, y especialmente a los j\u00f3venes m\u00fasicos que, con esfuerzo y talento, representan el futuro cultural de Huasco. \u00a1Que la m\u00fasica siga sonando fuerte y con orgullo!&nbsp;<img
